1.How do we order?
Pls tell us which kind of goods you want ,we will guide you to the suitably market,if you need to visit factory we will arrange , you can choose the design what you like in the shop or factory,checking all informations.When you confirm, we will write down,take pictures ,after you finish place all the orders you can check all the container’s goods,if you want to change the quantity of any item then we will change it until you think is the best for you.
2.Is there any minimum quantity required to order?
Yes,one carton,if they have ready goods, some need five or ten cartons,and if you want to change something about their design,the min quantity should be a little big.
3.How do I make payment?
Our company accept the payment as T/T,after you confirm all the order ,you should pay 30% of total amount at deposit,because we will send the order to supplier also need  pay deposit to them,and before collecting goods.you should pay balance to us,because when we ask the supplier delivery the goods to our warehouse we should pay in the same time
4.What shall I do if my quantity is less than minimum quantity required?
We will explain to supplier this is first time you buy just for try and next time will have big order, you also can choose other design in the same shop,then we can ask them mix them in one carton if their min order is one carton,and the last way is add the unit price if you like it best and the supplier is very bigotry.
5.How long time is needed for shipping after order?
It depends on your orders,if all your order is stock we can shipping it in one week just if container is ready,and if some of your goods need 15 days(for example) to produce then the shipping should be a little more than 15 days,also depend on the shipping company
6.Do you ship by Air or lcl?
Yes,if you only buy some cube goods,ship buy air or LCL will be suitably for you,also will be quickly,like  fashion jewelry,if ship by LCL,it will be very slowly .ship by air the freight depend on weight.we shall check it before shippment
7.How about freight?
Different port with different sea freight also will be change everyday,and you can prepaid or freight collect, you can choose the cheaest one.but usually if freight prepaid will be easy to get container.Regarding the local transport together with documents declare fee and warehouse storage fee, for 20” from yiwu to ningbo is 548USD,for 40” and 40HQ is 748USD.yiwu to shanghai add 100USD more for each.
8.What is the quality guarantee?
When the supplier delivery the goods to our warehouse,we will check the quantity and quality, all the details according to order and pic,when you receive the container maybe some goods will be damaged,that is normal phenomena,you know after goods shiped from our warehouse to ningbo port and will be a long time on the sea,so damage can not be control,so in case of damage like easy broken goods,we advise ask supplier packing with best box or wooden box if necessary.
9.Can we visit your warehouse ?
Of course,we welcome you to visit our warehouse and check the goods together with us.
10.Are all goods exactly the same as shown in the photographs?
Yes,we take pictures for checking the goods when they delivery, if some colour have changed ,we will make this item waiting list and send you this details then if you confirm we will load it in the container.
11.My order volume is much more than required minimum do you have any discount policy for this?
This we can discuss with supplier when you make order in the booth.
 12.How do I know of new arrivals?
We will change our webite pic every week,and we have our VIP suppliers,if they have new design they will tell us at the first time,and we will inform you in time.
13.We have our own buying agent in China can you supply through them?  
Yes we can,and if you buy through,them we can check the goods and  ship your container for you  if your goods are legal.
We charge 400Usd for our service for your LCL less than 5CBM,and 600 USD less than 10CBM and analogy, 5% for our service for whole container, other documents and warehouse storager feeand freight fee you should pay yourself
14.Do you offer complete setup for dollar store?  
Yes I do,and if you need just tell us,we will send to you information about this. Also yiwu market will have many new items everyday,so we hope you can come to yiwu viist market together will be better for you.

17.I ordered  goods and generated proforma invoice what next should I do? How much do you charge?
We will do proforma invoice for you when you confirm the order,and after loading the container then we will send you original commerical invoice ,packing list,bill of loading or other some certificate to you by DHL.,we will take 5% of total goods amount as our service fee if your goods amount  more than 30000USD,and take 8% of total goods amount if your goods amount less than 30000USD,.will book hotel for you,arrange car pick you from shanghai airport(this should be 800RMB) Hangzhou airport shall be 400RMB,YIWU airport for free,marketing guide,negotiation everything for you with supplier,make the order,summary everyday,book container,collect goods,.check the goods,loading container,documents ready then send to you.and if just buy ready goods or get idea from market,no make any order,then we take 300RMB  each day for our english translator and 500RMB for spanish fee,when later if you confirm the order,we will detract from commision.
